Hand-created commissioned artwork

Andrew Young manually draws, redraws, and refines final commissioned artwork. Generative AI is not used to create that final artwork. The free browser demo produces automatic traces and is separate from the commissioned service. Source artwork supplied by customers may have a different origin.

Your quote and delivery

Displayed prices are starting prices. Andy confirms the work, final price, deliverables, and turnaround by email before starting. New logo concepts, font licensing, embroidery digitizing, and additional revisions require a separate quote. One agreed revision round is included unless your written quote says otherwise.

Review, payment, and revisions

You review the proof before paying through Stripe. Final downloads unlock after verified payment. Raise any issue before approving the proof. If delivered files do not match the agreed scope, contact Andy to request a correction. Cancellations and refund requests are reviewed against the agreed scope and work completed; contact Andy before payment if the result is unsuitable. These terms do not limit rights provided by applicable law.

Artwork rights

You must own the artwork or have permission to reproduce and modify it. You retain your rights to your supplied artwork. Supply any licensed fonts or resources legally, and confirm the requirements of your printer or production provider.

What we store

We store your name or business, email, project brief, uploaded artwork, delivery files, and payment reference to provide the service. Files and records are hosted using Cloudflare through Sites. Stripe handles card details; Side Hustle does not receive or store your card number. Artwork is not published as a portfolio example without your permission.

Access and retention

Your personal review link grants access to your proof and, after payment, your delivery files. Keep it private. Project records are retained for service, accounting, and follow-up. Email Andy to request deletion of artwork or personal details; payment records may need to be retained for legal and accounting obligations. A daily hashed network identifier is used to limit spam submissions.

Free demo

The free demo runs in your browser and does not upload artwork. It produces automatic one-color traces, not professionally reviewed production files. It does not create an order or charge you.
